• The kitchen area composed of four gas burners, a hood, sink with hot and cold water, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery and cupboard.
• the living area consisting of a table with 4 chairs, a sofa, reversible air conditioning, a TV.
